do I put an item into my cart?

To place an item into your cart, make any optional selections as applicable (i.e., colors,
sizes, etc.), enter the quantity you desire to order, and click the Add to Cart
button. In a few seconds you'll receive confirmation that the item has been placed into
your cart.
Q: How
do I know what's in my cart?
A:
You may review the contents of your cart at anytime by clicking on the Shopping
Cart link in the left column of all pages and on the confirmation page
immediately following adding an item to your shopping cart. After checking your cart, you
may resume shopping or complete the ordering process.
Q: How
do I check out?
A:
When checking your shopping cart (see above), indicate the state or Province and the
country which the order will be shipped and click the SUBMIT ORDER
button.
Q: What
forms of payment do you take?
A:
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and VISA credit cards online. We also
accept checks and money orders by mail as well as credit card orders by telephone or fax.

Q: Is
my credit card number safe?
A: Yes!
All transactions involving your credit card number or other personal information are
conducted through an encrypted connection with our secure directory. Additionally, as soon
as your order is received and saved to our local system for processing, all order details
(including your credit card information) are deleted from the secure directory. See Secure Orders for more

Q: Will
you sell my e-mail address?
A: No!
We do not sell or otherwise provide e-mail addresses or other customer information to
anyone. Furthermore, you will not receive unsolicited e-mail from us. We will only use

Q: How
much is shipping and handling?
A:
Shipping and handling for all merchandise orders to the United States and Canada is only
$5.95! For all other countries, shipping and handling is only $22.90. For complete

Q: How
long until my order is delivered?
A:
Please allow 10-14 days, or less, for processing and delivery of your order. Delivery
times may vary when shipping to cities outside the US and Canada. You will be promptly
notified via e-mail if additional time is required. See Confidential

Q: May
I return an item?
A: Yes!
All items carry a 30 day, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unused
condition with proof of purchase at your option for 1) replacement; 2) full credit
exchange, or 3) merchandise credit certificate. See Return
